I didn’t receive my other yet

Ordered my buggy on the 15th December got a message from dpd saying that due to weather the buggy would be delayed after several e mails to this company and phone calls they haven’t responded back to me and still haven’t received my buggy would not recommend this company as customer service is disgraceful

After a delay in delivery from Dpd, I phoned the company and told them. They arranged for another stroller to be delivered and it was delivered the next day. Absolutely over the moon with the quality of the Millions 3in1travel set. Would highly recommend this company for customer service too.

The box that it was delivered in was wet in parts. Box was torn and open. The stand was in a box that was also damp and dirty and placed inside the basket so sat on the fabric, so that bedding blanket was marked. I feel it was more about the packaging, than the product, but first impressions, I wouldn’t but from again

I loved the look of the Moses basket but I can’t get the hood to look taut when it’s up! Not like the picture that the website shows. So any advice please?

The customer service team for this company and not efficient or helpful. I’ve raised an issue regarding a voucher code that was sent to me which when I tried to use was invalid. For a week now I am sending emails and the responses are slow and asking for information already given and now they are saying the code was already used. Very frustrating and not at all helpful. Still waiting for the item I ordered - longer delivery time than listed. If you have problems your unlikely to get the correct help you need!

Great company to deal with, I had an issue with the Evri courier that it was sent out by but the company replaced the item right away with a better courier without having to wait for the other item to be sent back.
Great quality and great prices.

I gave it a 4 star because it was nice and it came on time . But it’s not strong and I don’t think it’ll last me longer but now now it’s okay.

Ordered a lovely pink with grey wicker Moses basket ( it’s beautiful ) my parcel was getting delivered by Everi ? waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered it still didn't come, after 3 weeks I rang for your little one and they sent a new order to be delivered by DPD straight away and I received it the next day ?

I ordered a fire guard - it was well made and sturdy so very happy with the product

I am really pleased with my purchase, the item was at a very good price, and everything went smoothly. I ordered on the 25th December and it arrived on the 29th December. Very fast considering it was the Christmas period. Very satisfied.
